SplitBills ("the Application"), developed by Lepac Dev ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable laws and Google Play Developer Policies.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Information: Email address, profile name, and optional avatar image when signing in with Google or Email.
• Group & Expense Records: Group names, member names or aliases, expense amounts, categories, and timestamps.
• Receipts & Attachments: Photo captures or receipt images uploaded voluntarily to support expense records.

3. How We Use Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Compute shared balances, debts, and settlements between group members.
• Sync your data seamlessly across devices and enable collaborative bill splitting.
• Store receipt photos securely so group members can easily reference and verify expenses.

Under no circumstances do we sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Storage and Security

Data is stored in secure Supabase infrastructure with encrypted authentication and strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies. Receipts are stored in secure cloud storage buckets.

5. Account & Data Deletion

You have the right to delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly within the mobile app in your Profile section ("Delete account"), or by contacting us at support@getsplitbills.com.
